Using the more than 100 different elements offered by the largest structural framing system in the world enables you to tackle a variety of tasks:

Profiles are available in 20 mm, 30 mm, 40 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm and 60 mm dimensional series.

The centre opening has a diameter of 5.5, 7.3 mm or 10 mm with tensile strength ratings in the slot ranging from 3,000 N to 17,000 N. We’ll identify the right solution regardless of your application, from light enclosures and stands to high load work tables, frames for machines and linear guideways.

The Bosch Rexroth profile series has the finest gradation scale on the market. Bosch Rexroth profile slots have gradually become the global standard.

Angle brackets – for quick installation and torsion resistance, with a uniform design from 20/20 to 100/100 and loading of up to 15,000 N
Internal angle brackets – economical, simple to assemble, suitable for every type of Bosch Rexroth slot with no modification required at the end of the profile and loading up to 3,000 N
Universal joints up to 180 ° – with 15 ° increments to permit precise angle adjustments, with an adjustable lock for quick locking and a centring element for quick assembly and anti-torsion elements
Cubic connectors – for corner connections of two or three profiles with anti-torsion elements, suitable for doors and enclosures
Corner brackets – rounded or square, cost-effective brackets with a cover that require no machining and with anti-torsion elements

Tees – high load, adjustable connectors that move through the profile slot, may also be used as end connectors
45 ° connectors – with a cover and good access to fasteners, suitable for supporting shelves and stations for high force transmission
Bolted connectors – suitable for high-load applications as the force is transmitted symmetrically through the 2 fasteners into the stable body of the profile
Quick connectors – a popular choice for equipment needing simple and quick assembly, sliding in the slot and with 3 slots for mounting flat elements
